Priority - Road
A faster road-based service for freight that needs to move sooner than Economy allows, without requiring full Express Road handling.
Priority Road offers priority pickup and delivery, even if a vehicle has already left the area for the day. Availability varies by location and route. The Priority service leaves later in the day after the Express Units but before the Economy units.
Best suited for:
• Freight with tighter delivery expectations
• Urgent restocks or operational freight
• Businesses needing flexible pick up or delivery cutoff times
Example use case
A manufacturing site urgently requires replacement components to avoid downtime. Although
the daily truck has already departed, Priority Road enables late pickup and priority delivery,
ensuring production continues without the cost of full express freight.
Express – Road
A fast, time-critical road freight service designed for urgent shipments with tight delivery deadlines. Express Road provides direct, priority transport while remaining more cost-effective than air freight. Priority pickup and delivery options apply, even if a truck has already departed the area, we send it back to do the pickup. Availability varies by location.
Best suited for:
• Time-critical freight
• High-value or urgent shipments
• Customers where delivery timing is non-negotiable
• AOG (Aircraft On Ground) and HOG (Helicopter On Ground)

An engineering company needs critical equipment delivered overnight to a milk powder processing job site to meet a project deadline. Express Road provides direct, priority transport, ensuring the freight arrives on time without the higher cost of air freight.
Express Metro
A time-critical metro delivery service designed for urgent freight movements within metropolitan areas. Express Metro is ideal for same-day and priority deliveries where timing is critical and delays are not an option. This service supports documents, parcels, cartons, and small palletised freight.
Best suited for:
• Same-day metro deliveries
• Urgent documents or parcels
• Time-sensitive local freight
• Freight must be delivered urgently after arrival
• Pallets are too heavy or time-sensitive for standard courier services
• Customers require direct delivery without delays
• Missed delivery windows would impact operations
Example use case
A customer has two full pallets arriving at Christchurch on a morning domestic flight. The freight is required urgently at their production facility to prevent downtime.
Pallets are collected directly from the airline cargo terminal, loaded onto a suitable metro vehicle designed for pallet freight, delivered door-to-door within the Christchurch metro area. With no cross-docking or consolidation delays. Delivery completed within hours of aircraft arrival
Express - Air
The fastest freight service for urgent shipments where time is critical.
Express Air is designed for same-day or overnight delivery, ideal for high-priority freight that cannot wait. It uses domestic air freight between major centres, supported by priority road transport where required.
When direct air delivery is not possible, hybrid solutions combine Express Air and Express Road to ensure the fastest end-to-end movement.

• Same-day or overnight delivery requirements
• High-value or operationally critical goods
• Freight moving between major centres and regional locations
• AOG (Aircraft On Ground) and HOG (Helicopter On Ground) parts deliveries
Example use case
An urgent pallet in Auckland needs to reach Greymouth as quickly as possible. Due to aircraft size limitations in Greymouth, the freight cannot fly directly on a small regional aircraft. Express Cargo collects the pallet in Auckland and flies it via Express Air to
Christchurch Airport. From there, it transfers immediately onto an Express Road service for delivery to Greymouth.
This hybrid solution allows the shipment to be delivered overnight or even the same day if a dedicated express truck operates from Christchurch, ensuring the fastest achievable delivery despite regional constraints.
